i was looking for some chardonnay for a dinner party and remembered seeing deals for Grapes The Wine Company on here. their selection is actually pretty solid, i found exactly what i wanted without much fuss. shipping was quick too, which is always a plus! my only minor complaint is that their website could be a little snappier, but overall a great experience. definitely beats digging through the aisles at Total Wine.

grabbed a case of Sancerre for a party last week, and it got to my place in like 3 days which was perfect. I was a little worried about the heat, but everything arrived cool and sound, so I guess they do temperature-controlled shipping. the prices were pretty good, especially with the case discount already applied, didn't even need a promo code at checkout. their selection for French wines is definitely up there with K&L or Astor Wines. really happy with how it all worked out.
