Always a great experience with Grapes
I've been shopping with Grapes for years now, and they consistently deliver a top-notch experience, much like my go-to, K&L Wine Merchants. This time around, I was stocking up on some Nebbiolo, and the selection was fantastic as usual. I appreciate that most discounts, especially on case quantities, are automatically applied without needing a promo code at checkout โ it just makes things easier. One thing I did wonder about was if I could pick up my order at the White Plains store, but ultimately, delivery worked out perfectly. Their reliability keeps me coming back every time.
Decent selection, delivery took a bit
I bought some Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon here. The quality of the wine was great, just what I was hoping for. The selection on their site is definitely a strong point. However, delivery took a little longer than I expected, about 7 days to get to me in Arizona. The packaging was very good, though, so no damage. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status.
